Airspace permissions can change due to diplomatic decisions, military activity, or political situations. If this occurs, we will inform you immediately and work with the operator to identify alternative routings. Any additional costs resulting from route changes will be communicated before execution.
We accept bank wire transfers (TT), and in certain cases, major credit cards. Payment terms are outlined in the contract. Typically, a deposit is required before the flight is confirmed, with the balance due prior to departure.
Cancellation terms vary by operator and are specified in each contract. Generally, cancellations made 72+ hours before departure receive a partial refund. Cancellations within 72 hours may be non-refundable. We will provide clear terms before you commit.
Valid passport is required for all international travel. Visa requirements depend on nationality and destination. We recommend checking visa requirements with your travel advisor or the relevant embassy. Passenger manifest must be submitted 24-48 hours before departure.
Yes, pets are generally allowed on private charters. Please inform us in advance so we can coordinate with the operator. For medical cases, we work with operators experienced in medical transport. Please disclose any medical requirements at the time of inquiry.
